Todays Games (2/25 - 3/3)

Postby classof29 » Mon Feb 25, 2013 10:36 am

Monday's games...

Syracuse at Marquette 7:00 pm ESPN
Villanova at Seton Hall 9:00 pm ESPNU

The teams I am listing are....

The C7 (obviously)
Xavier and Butler (certain locks for the new conference)
Creighton, St. Louis, Dayton, (probably in if the league goes to 12)
Richmond (possibility to keep east/midwest balance)
VCU (an outlier, but they have been mentioned)
Gonzaga (in my own little world they would be in the new conference)

Is there any team I am missing or should not list?

@smalltalksports: @casualhoya catholic 7 chant breaks out at Marquette. #solidaritybeatingcuse

This should be the chant at MSG this year.

That Nova-Hall game was fantastic. Good win for Seton Hall. Hopefully Nova can still get in, and isn't on the outside looking in at the end of the season.

While I am rooting for all of the C7+, DAMN did the Hall need that win last night!
Even the most diehard of long time fans have been getting, um, "frustrated".

As Nova fan, the game last night was a great game. Hall played well and deserved the win, Nova made some poor decisions and earned the loss. But I'm still really sour about Maayan's flop to get the technical and 5th foul on JVP. I respect Hall and their program, and I'm pulling for the whole C7 right now, but that flop was classless and a dbag move. Especially the way he smirked at the fans when he stood up. Flops are a part of the game, but that was a whole new level.
