I will just say that I am jealous of whichever team (likely Richmond), and just hope that Dayton gets an eventual invite.

I don't see how his opinion really changes things. I know that some want a 10 team conference but lets face it if Fox wants 12 they will get 12. 12 teams makes the most sense TV wise and in Olympic Sport Scheduling and travel. (arguably BBall scheduling and travel as well)

That and the fact that from what i read most people out east blast the Jersey Guy and his last blog for the C7 was a for a 10 team conference with cincy-conneticuit and i think temple. At this point i think he's just writing to get blog hits. (and from what i read from others out east that is all he ever really did)

Let's be honest...it's nice to have marquette fight for Creighton, but if this is true...they are going to lose. The east coast schools hold themselves higher than marquette. Its 6 against 1 or maybe 5 against 2 if DePaul is on marquette's side, though the C7 hate DePaul.The only way Marquette even has a chance of winning this is if they get Butler and Xavier on their side, but I doubt that is going to happen.

I think the real point here is that if the conference goes with 12, instead of 10, presumably Creighton and Richmond would be in.
