so if I were a betting man-here is how the seeds probably shake out- so assuming Nova and PC lose on Saturday to Creighton and UConn respectively...
Key game is Xavier vs Marquette. If Marquette wins:
6 Villanova 10-10 vs 11 DePaul 0-20
7 Providence 10-10 vs 10 Georgetown 2-18
8/9 Xavier 9-11 vs Butler 9-11

BET QF:
1 UConn 18-2 vs X/Butler winner
4 Seton Hall 13-7 vs 5 St John's 11-9
2 Creighton 14-6 vs PC/Georgetown winner
3 Marquette 14-6 vs Nova/DePaul winner

Thursday night could be something else- Providence and Nova needing wins to seal NCAA tourney bids.

If Xavier wins
6 Villanova 10-10 vs 11 DePaul 0-20
7 Xavier 10-10 vs 10 Georgetown 2-18
8 Providence 10-10 vs 9 Butler 9-11

QF
1 UConn 18-2 vs PC/Butler winner
4 Marquette 13-7 vs 5 St John's 11-9
2 Creighton 14-6 vs X/Georgetown winner
3 Seton Hall 13-7 vs Nova/DePaul winner

Incredibly different scenario for sure.

Neptune went on record last night saying Saturday against Creighton was Nova’s “Super Bowl”.

I am not assuming a Creighton win.

and now we know all but 5-7...
1 UConn
2 Creighton
3 Marquette
4 Seton Hall

8 Butler
9 Xavier
10 Georgetown
11 DePaul

If Providence wins:
5 Providence
6 St John's
7 Villanova

if UConn wins:
5 St John's
6 Villanova
7 Providence

So Providence/Georgetown in the BET with PC needing a win to have really any prayer of the NCAA tourney.

Feel
Pretty confident about Seton Hall. I guess we root for St John’s? Not sure if they’re comfortable or not. Probably not.

PC and Nova probably both need 2 wins to dance.

seeing bracket I didn't realize that the SF this year are on Big Fox. 530 and 8pm.
(oops reading it again only the 530 one.)

I'm looking forward to watching 9 Mountain West teams in the NCAA tourney. F-ck it, just let freakin San Jose State and Air Force join the party too.

The Big East deserves at least 6 bids. And anything under 5 means Ackerman isn't doing her job.
