The dreaded 3 letters in basketball. ACL. Just announced out for year.

Devastating news. Every time a player decides to return to college instead of moving onto professional hoops, you pray that something like this doesn't happen.

Didn't wanna say anything before it was official, but yeah I think everyone knew what it was after that reaction to a non-contact injury. Praying for a full recovery.

That just sucks…..feel so bad for Bryce and PC…..I didn’t realize he was only a junior…..I hope he has a speedy recovery and rehab……

Really sucks for Providence and the young man. The Friars were the surprise team so far and this will affect things. You never know, they might be able to gel without him, but it's tough to lose a player of that caliber! When I was a baby, I was an Iowa fan. They were in the top 10 with Don Nelson as the star. At semester, the other 4 starters were declared academically ineligible. (does that even happen anymore?) The remaining players on the team came together and they ended up in the top 10, second in the BIG 10. So, teams can overcome adversity, but it's going to be tough!
