I didn't get to watch Providence, but I have to wander if they're better off having Bynum come off the bench. Felt similarly with Daniels last year and Jay made the switch fairly early in the season.

Seton Hall has 39 points at the U-4 timeout. Ouch.

and they look every bit of having only 39 points at the U-4 timeout. Just totally disjointed offensively.

Well, they've been playing with fire enough that the season-tanking bad loss was bound to come eventually. See you guys next year.

So, if Nova wins out and beats Georgetown in the BET, where are we hypothetically?

If they won out, I don't think they'd be in the 1st day even. Would finish 12-8. The loser of Seton Hall/UConn would in this hypothetical have at least 9 losses, and would be out. The winner could finish at 12-8 and tied with Nova. Nova would have splits with all the top teams for tiebreakers. Seton Hall would be out due to h2h sweep. UConn would have splits as well against the 4 top teams. It would come down to Seton Hall then, and UConn only split. So Nova would have the tiebreaker.

Not a good sign for his hoped-for return to form.

Fanta- Creighton held UConn to just 13 points in the final 14 minutes in Omaha. This comes a game after the Jays went on the road and held Seton Hall to seven points over the final 12 minutes in Wednesday's 75-62 win over the Pirates.
