thought it was pretty funny Jackson saying that Nova could make the tourney w/o winning the Big East. Given they already have 12 losses, they either need to win out regular season just about or win the tourney. That's pretty much the position Nova is in right now.

totally agree about Nova. They're gonna be the team that if you are a top 1-3 seed you don't want to see them in your bracket in the BET. Going to finish likely 7th-9th and they're going to be a tough out in the BET.

Sure Nova plays hard every game (unlike St John's), and the roster isn't overmatched (Butler), so games tend to be close, but this team ain't winning 4 games in 4 days. Nova has repeatedly run isolation sets down the stretch with poor isolation players (can't pass) in Daniels and Dixon. Nova has out-assisted its opponent only once in Big East play, that's kind of mind-boggling considering we don't get to the line either. We've played better since the awful trip out west, but it's since been kind of a plateau with late game meltdowns.

I haven't looked back at every result, but I think all games this week were beneficial to the league come March.

All depends on when Moore’s game comes around. He’s still not himself yet.
