When you are at full strength, it is obvious why you guys were picked as the preseason number one team in the conference.

The issue we’ve got and probably can’t fix is our lack of depth. Bench hasn’t been able to give Mac anything and our guys are getting worn down. That’s my worry as the season goes on.

Kalkbrenner looked really tired late game. Or maybe it was just frustration? Xavier made him work.

That was a really fun game! I expect a similar game when Xavier travels to Omaha, but the tilt of the home court advantage might prove important.

With a Marquette win tonight against Uconn, it sets up another huge game Sunday when Marquette travels to Cincy to play X.
