wow BC almost knocked out Miami in regulation- missed a half court shot just barely. going to OT.

and BC wins in OT in about as painful of fashion as you can imagine. Miami had ball late played to end of shot clock missed shot, BC got rebound and got layup at the buzzer.

so a game we didn't recognize that is pretty big for Xavier to watch is the Florida vs Texas A&M game. The winner of that game plays Auburn tomorrow in a game that if they won that would probably be very bad news for Xavier.

For Xavier they're rooting today for:
Notre Dame
Michigan
Baylor

UNLV. Make the committee decide between X and Wyoming for Dayton if it comes down to it.

Was a really brutal day for Xavier. All 4 teams that they were realistically rooting for all lost.

I think one thing that may wind up killing Xavier with Indiana winning is St John's. Indiana beat them while St John's swept them.

I think the one thing that Xavier might have a chance on though looking at it- OOC SOS. Indiana was 304 while Xavier was 124. And should have been worse but Indiana had a game with UNC Asheville cancelled right before New Years.

Xavier's cooked. Only thing they have left is to hope that most prominent bracketologists collectively have them lower than the committee. Having said that, Lunardi's newest update still has them in... lol
