Adonys Henriquez - 2014 SG off the board to UCF

Postby TheHall » Tue Sep 10, 2013 8:13 pm

"After Adonys Henriquez decommitted from Miami two weeks ago, two schools have stood out for the rising senior. “Butler and Central Florida are my two favorites at this moment,” Henriquez told SNY.tv. “They both fit my style of play, and I feel like I could come in and play at both places right away. A 6-foot-6, 195-pound combo guard out of Orlando Christian Prep ranked No. 46 by ESPN.com, he could bring much to the table for both schools."

Man I hope Butler gets him. If it's between those two schools I wouldn't think there would be much of a competition. Obviously that's not the case, but in just about ever area (except school size and weather) Butler is better. I mean, UCF hasn't been to the NCAA's since 2005. Go get em Bulldogs.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Kind of a weird turn of events today. Some AAU coach in Indiana tweeted that Butler was off his list after the visit. About an hour later Henriquez's actual coach and Henriquez himself tweeted that the visit was great and Butler was still very much in play. I don't think the indiana coach has any contact with the player so who knows where he got that info. Hope Butler can reel him in!

Henriquez scheduled to visit UCF next weekend, followed by Vanderbilt and Creighton. UCF seems like the favorite, I hope he makes it to the Creighton visit.
