If you could make 1 change to the big east, what would it be

I would trade SetonHall for St Louis.

Entry into a new market (we already have nj covered with St. John's and nova), the school has shown more commitment to winning than SetonHall who is slashing budgets and hired Kevin Willard for pennies to coach them. St. Louis has more success. Neither bring much in brand recognition, but st Louis has greater potential. Also st Louis opens up the Midwest a bit more and bridges the gap.

Why all the shots at Seton Hall? Jealous? Please, get over yourself. You obviously know nothing about Seton Hall or New Jersey. I suggest you educate yourself a bit more before posting. I have always had great respect for Providence and their fans but you are acting like something straight out of Rutgers! You give the knowledgeable Providence fans a bad name!

Agree about the original seven plus Pitt and Nova, those were the good old days! Adding the school who sponsored football but could not play it was a major mistake.

I would add Notre Dame (let them stay indie in FB) and UConn (let them depower their FB program). I would move Gonzaga to Boston and invite them and Saint Louis.

I like the league we have. If anything I would have had the split earlier, rather than be dragged around by the football schools as long as we were. I also really don't like threads like this. This has been, to this point, one of the more cordial and friendly boards. I like the way most fans on here respect each other, threads like these tend to turn divisive fast. Remember people, every school has down years. Marquette didn't do much from 1983-1993 and we weren't exactly world-beaters in the 90's.
