On the BE Media Day edition of Friar Basketball.com’s Provcast, Prov AD Bob Driscoll drops a hint that the Friars should be receiving a major verbal commitment by the end of this week. He says they could have a top 5 recruiting class because of this verbal...around the 05:50 mark..Shayok?

Word was that Shayok was supposed to announce early this week. Maybe this delay could be that Shayok wasn't the slam dunk for Marquette that many thought he was and the possibility of becoming a Friar is being seriously considered.
