For Seton Hall, as far as I know it's nothing more than that, with limited available scholarships (currently none, but things open up), they're choosing to target bigger fish and also more interested in guards for 2017. Rafus was set to make his commitment last Friday, but then decided he needed more time. Rumors are he delayed his commitment because SHU was going to be his choice but they backed out.

Odd if true, Rafus is a fringe top 150 recruit, hopefully they can land someone bigger.

You can take Wilkes off the list. He narrowed his list to Indiana, Illinois, and UCLA. Looks like Manley will be wearing a lighter shade of blue for UNC also.

Unfortunate, but you can not win them all. I'm happy with our class. Naji Marshall is going to be an absolute baller. Elias Harden has big upside and can score at all three levels. Ridder is an elite wing shooter. Kentravious is a bit of a project but Mack was his main recruiter and loves the kids potential. Get Scruggs locked up and that is a very good top 15 class.

True, but his stock has been dropping like a rock. Not all that long ago, he was comfortably in the top 100, bordering on top 50. Not sure what the deal with him is but that does seem like cause for concern.

Darrell M. out for Nova. Cut his list to 3 without Nova in it.

All signs seem to point to Nova going "ALL IN" on Lonnie Walker. It would certainly hurt if we were to lose him b/c I know Jay has invested a ton of time. Apparently Mom wants him closer to home (good) and Dad wants him to go away (bad). Nova, Miami, UK, Ariz and Cuse seem to be the final 5 in the mix.
Go Nova!

Paul Scruggs just announced he will be deciding soon on Twitter.

If it's X this would arguably be our best recruiting class ever no matter what else happens.

At this point I think it's more when he commits to Xavier. I think there's a better chance at this point that Scruggs doesn't go to college than him picking any school other than Xavier. (Please nobody quote me on this so I can delete if he picks somebody else somehow :D )

I agree, it's pretty much when at this point. I won't quote you, but I'm definitely blaming you if he shocks everyone!
