Rooting Interests in the BET

If not your team, who are you pulling for in the BET? I don't see us winning 4 in a row. Hope we can but the odds are clearly stacked against us.

Personally I'll be pulling for/against:

Rooting for:
1. Marquette
2. PC
3. SJU
4. DePaul

Rooting against:
1. UConn
2. UConn
3. UConn
4. CU (mostly b/c they are on our side of the bracket LOL)
5. X (same as CU)

No offense Husky, b/c I think you are a very good poster, but overall the UConn fans are insufferable. If they win the BET you'll see comments like: "back in our rightful place on top of the BE where we belong (even though they finished 5th this year in the standings), and "daddy's home" (again as if they are the same program as they were under Calhoun). They think college BB started in the early 90's. The only solace is they'll make predictions for their 5th title--even though this UConn team hasn't won a tourney game in the past 6 years--and likely bow out much earlier. TBH, and this is not sour grapes b/c they are a very good team, but I like MU, CU and X's chances in the dance a LOT more than UConn's. Just one man's opinion.

Ouch. ;)

If not UCONN, I'll go with that 6th BE bid...SJU, Nova, or Depaul.

Nova would be interesting. Wonder where they would be seeded. 10-11? 12?

If not MU, I'd love for a bid thief. I am plenty nervous for St. John's today. I could see them going on a Ewing-like run and advancing to Saturday. Would be cool for UConn to win it again since returning.

Johnnies
UCONN
DePaul
Nova

All underdogs except UCONN/Providence. I think UCONN has more to gain than Providence has to lose seeding wise.
