I wasn’t too confident that CU would get back in, but they are probably worthy. Congrats Big East bros!

Creighton missed the coaches poll by just 1 pt ! Side note- Kansas gets beat by ISU by 15 and stays the same in one poll and drops one spot in the other. What a joke.

Almost half the league is ranked in the Top 25. Impressive.

I think what this year is showing is that parity isn't exactly all that important.

I also think that it shows having a few schools who are really not very good can propel the better teams up.

so happy to see this
it seems like every year the big east gets little hype to start. but it works its way into the rankings as season progresses. keep up the good work BE!

Sort of the same thing. Actually not having parity this year saved this year realistically. Allowed the top 4 to be where they are despite rather mediocre OOC seasons. Top teams look a lot different right now if instead of 11-2 or 9-3 they're 9-4 or 8-4/7-5.

UCONN's otherworldly OOC performance has also helped, especially for subjective rankings like the AP. It looks like we'll keep 5 teams up there for a while longer.
