Are you happy with how things are going in portal season? Lots of names out there with all the schools, so it's hard to keep track of who's doing what. I liked Taylor, Harris and Simas, sorry to see them go.
I'm pretty happy. The players that left all seemed to downgrade conferences/schools except Jayden Taylor. It needed to be blown up, it wasn't working.
Looks as if Thad is taking the same direction as Shaka did - recruit guys with multiple years left, give a year to gel, then in two years, be a top-half team.

Looks like Thad is going for long athletic and tough minded players. Tough minded is one of the key missing things on last few years teams.

DJ Davis added with a verbal commit. 40% from 3 last year with 88 of them. One open scholarship left. (We think, might be more?)

Thad is bringing in a whole new team. As of now, only 2 significant players are back from last year in Bates and Thomas. Everybody else is completely new. Interesting times in Indianapolis!

Until he officially says he's leaving Butler, I have him staying for now
