Creighton still did this trip what they needed to do- get a split. They just couldn't get swept.

No question.

Jays cut it to 45-30. We trailed by more last year later in the game and won.

Good second half. The Jays were clearly just off their game in the first half and the was the difference. Creighton's had our number lately, so it was nice to be on the other side for once.

Congratulations Hall, complete domination in every aspect. Not sure how you lost 6 conference games. What were you saving your best shot for us? How sweet of you.

IMO, bad match-ups. We don't handle pressure well, especially without Aiken. You guys started getting some easy run-outs on us too when you upped your defensive pressure. I'm happy to have Marquette and St. John's in the rear view mirror as that's all they do.

Also not looking forward to the return game in Omaha. I doubt we get another half were the Jays can't buy a bucket.

plus I'd say 4 of the 6 losses by a total of 16 points. Games that could have really gone either way with a bounce or two going the other way.

Kind of curious, is the 91) the 91st game date of the season?

Well if I was a Hall fan I’d be interested in watching that team that played tonight again, certainly when Aiken returns. As a Creighton fan, after tonight I’m looking forward to watching the Beijing Olympics. :(

I'm not optimistic about Aiken coming back anytime soon. Certainly not at the level he was playing at before the concussion.
